Terms and Conditions
In the following terms and conditions Galavant Travel LLC will also be referred to as “Galavant Travel”, “we”, “our”, “us”, or “galavanttravel.com”. Galvanttravel.com will be also referred to as “Site”. The customer or inquirer of services will also be referred to as “passenger(s)”, “user”, you”, or “your”. Our exclusive partners will also be referred to as “Supplier” or “service provider”. It is the passenger’s responsibility to read and understand all of the terms and conditions provided by Galavant Travel.
Galavant Travel requires that all users of this Site and booking travel to be at least 18 years of age or older. The terms and conditions or other agreements required are binding requiring an adult as defined in the United States. No information of children 13 years of age or younger will be requested through this website. For further information please visit Privacy Agreement. By requesting services and using this Site, you are consenting to all terms and agreements set forth by Galavant Travel.
Scope of Our Service
Galavant Travel LLC is acting as intermediary or a “Booking Agent” for products and services that are not directly supplied by us (e.g., air carriage and ground transportation, hotel accommodations, meals, tours, cruises, etc.). We are not a co-vendor of such products and services. You will be entering into a separate contract with such Suppliers in connection with such products and services.
Galavant Travel sells a variety of travel related products from our exclusive partners, various suppliers, and service providers (“Suppliers”). Each exclusive partner(s) has its own terms and conditions that are applicable to your travel packages, services, or products, in addition to our general terms and conditions. You are responsible for reading and understanding all terms and conditions prior to confirmation of purchase or “booking” of any service or product. Certain content found on our website are owned or licensed by us, our Suppliers, or third-party software, your use of which may be subject to further conditions. Our website, which is referred throughout this Agreement, can be found at www.galavanttravel.com.
All products, services, advice, merchandise, and information available through galavanttravel.com are provided on an “as is”, “as available” basis. No guarantees are provided by us for the services and products in regards to purchases through our Site, or that the use of this Site and all software will be error free. You expressly agree that the use of this Site is at your sole risk.
All payments are non-refundable and non-transferrable by Galavant Travel. Upon request of a booking or travel arrangement, information about the traveling passengers will be requested by us. (If any of the passengers are 13 years of age or younger DO NOT ENTER THE CHILD’S INFORMATION on this site, please call us to book travel at 1-800-530-1603.) This will initialize the booking process, no payment will be processed until you have authorized all trip details, consented to all terms and conditions set forth by us and Supplier(s). Once we have received confirmation for your booking or travel arrangements we will process your request. If at any time there is a change in price, we accept no responsibility. Payment for packages, including insurance payment, will be collected in full at the time of confirmation of booking. Accepted payment types include debit Visa or Mastercard, and major credit cards. All service charges, additional fees, taxes, surcharges, change fees (if applicable) is your responsibility. Until confirmation from Supplier is received, we are not responsible for any price increase or availability of requested booking.
All airlines tickets are subject to supplemental price increases that may be imposed after the date of purchase. Post-purchase price increases may be applied due to additional costs imposed by a supplier or government. You may be charged additional sums by Galavant Travel LLC and/or our exclusive partners, various suppliers, and Suppliers to offset increased fees, fuel surcharges, taxes, and fluctuations in foreign exchange markets or any combination thereof. Acceptance of these terms and conditions hereby consent you to any post-purchase price increases and authorize Galavant Travel LLC and/or our exclusive partners, various suppliers, and service providers (“Suppliers”) to charge your credit card for such additional amounts.
Any payments to Galavant Travel for acting as your “Booking Agent”, collected from you are non-refundable. The price for travel related products can only be guaranteed once we receive full payment, confirmation from Supplier(s) and other travel documents have been issued, subject to any terms and conditions of the Supplier. Payment method is required at the time of request. We will advise you of the date that full payment is required to proceed with booking. Upon your provision of your payment information, confirming purchase request, and accepting all terms and conditions to your purchase “Booking”, you are authorizing us to make the payment arrangements with the corresponding Suppliers.
After full payment, the conditions of the contract with your Supplier may permit them to increase the cost of your arrangements. If we are acting as your Booking Agent, we will pass on any such increase to you as we become aware of such increase. If we have arranged a package, changes in transportation costs including the cost of fuel, taxes, fees and exchange rates mean that the price of your travel arrangements may change after you have paid in full, we are not responsible for any additional costs that may arise.
Travel Insurance options will be presented before final confirmation of any booking. At no time after booking travel you will be able to add-on Travel Insurance through us or our Suppliers.
The vacations offered are based on double-occupancy, unless specified otherwise. If there is a circumstance when one of the travelers forfeit their travel arrangements, there will be no refund for any accommodations.
No refunds will be made for unused services or vouchers by Galavant Travel. As your booking agent we will provide you with terms and conditions provided by the Supplier which your travel, insurance, or any other services which were arranged. If at any point before your trip you are seeking assistance for any component of your trip, please contact us directly at 1-800-530-1603.
Galavant Travel and Suppliers are not responsible for airline cancellations, reschedules, or delays for any reason. If you miss your departure flight, it is your responsibility to work with the airline on which you are ticketed to reach your destination. We nor our Supplier are authorized to make changes to your flight arrangements after initial booking.
General Limitation of Liability
IN NO EVENT SHALL GALAVANT TRAVEL LLC, INCLUDING ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, REPRESENTATIVES, AFFILIATES, OR PROVIDERS (COLLECTIVELY, THE “COVERED PARTIES”), BE LIABLE FOR ANY INJURY, DEATH, LOSS, CLAIM, DAMAGE, ACT OF GOD, ACCIDENT, DELAY, OR ANY SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER BASED IN CONTRACT, TORT OR OTHERWISE, WHICH ARISE OUT OF OR ARE IN ANY WAY CONNECTED WITH ANY USE OF THIS SITE OR WITH ANY DELAY OR INABILITY TO USE THIS SITE, OR FOR ANY INFORMATION, SOFTWARE, PRODUCTS OR SERVICES OBTAINED THROUGH THIS SITE, EVEN IF GALAVANT TRAVEL HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
Further, the Covered Parties accept no responsibilities for any damage and/or delay due to Provider cancellations, shortages, sickness, pilferage, labor disputes, machinery breakdown, quarantine, government restraints, weather or causes beyond the Covered Parties’ control. No responsibility is accepted for any additional expense, omissions, delays, re-routing or acts of any governmental authority. No Covered Party shall be responsible for any Provider’s breach of any warranty including, but not limited to, implied warranties of fitness for a particular purpose or of merchantability, nor shall any Covered Party be responsible for any other wrongdoing of a Provider (including any liability in tort), as to any products and/or services available through this Site. No Covered Party shall be responsible for any Provider’s failure to comply with these Terms and Conditions nor for any Provider’s failure to comply with applicable federal, state and local law including, without limitation, laws governing the sale, warranty, and return of perishables.
If, notwithstanding the above, a Covered Party is found liable for any loss or damage relating to the use of this Site, User agrees the liability of any such party shall in no event exceed the fee or charge to the User assessed by Galavant Travel for making a Purchase.
Additional Terms and Condition
Travelers under the age of 18, must be accompanied with an adult and share an adult’s accommodations for the duration of travel. There may be age restrictions on requested products or services due to nature of travel package requested.
You are responsible for obtaining all legal documentation, Visas, Passports, health, and other requirements required by the laws, regulations, orders, and/or requirements of the countries you wish to visit. Galavant Travel is not responsible for providing you with any legal advising or law requirements for your travel.
Galavant Travel reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to amend this Agreement at any time by posting the amended terms on this Site. The amended terms shall be effective from and after the date that they are posted on the Site.
Our letter doesn’t constitute a diagnosis. ESA letter would be the letter from the accredited wellness expert that has been in control of your emotional or mental disorder therapy. An ESA letter for housing does not need to be within a particular timeframe.
Letter is getesa going to be emailed in a PDF file with regular processing. Your ESA letter is going to be respected by airlines, landlords, and so on, but only as long as it’s supported through an actual, state-licensed doctor. There are 3 different kinds of letters for ESA dogs that are all for different purposes and each of them must be issued by a mental health professional.
