    Day 2,Reykjavik

After breakfast, you’ll embark on a full-day, guided of Iceland’s most incredible “must-see” natural wonders and geological phenomena – the famed Golden Circle. One of the highlights is no doubt the UNESCO World Heritage-listed Thingvellir National Park, a remarkable historical and geological site (and home to the oldest form of Parliament, dating back to the year 930) - located by Lake Thingvallavatn (the largest lake in Iceland). The beautiful canyon running through the park is actually the meeting point of two of the earth's tectonic plates. Gullfoss Waterfall is where you’ll see thousands of tons of ice water majestically thundering down in double falls, into a deep canyon. The Geysir geothermal field is abundant with bubbling hot springs and geysers – and is home to Strokkur, the most active geyser of the area, spouting up to 100 feet in the air.
